The systems, the architecture, the strategy. All of it's just scaffolding for humans trying to get things done.
I write about leadership. About technology. About the weird in-between space where they meet. Sometimes I'll wander into personal stuff. I just picked up agentic engineering at 49, which is humbling in ways I wasn't prepared for. Beginner's mind hits different when you're actually living it.
